        Juan in the maintenance department is absolutely amazing. He is very helpful. We've had appliance issues and he was able to fix our problems efficiently and quickly.

        Been here 7 years already!!! Very comfortable apt. Everything is renovated in my apt, customized just for me. Love it! Maintenance is excellent and management is accommodating and friendly . The only downside is the parking and rattling of the stairs when people run down it. It rattles into my apt. Walls are very thin. Also someone hit my new car in the parking lot and there are no cameras, so I had to pay for the damages. Unfortunately. Overall, great location, cozy apt, nice amenities, best place Ive lived in the burbs, and Ive been residing in the burbs since 1993!!!

        My experience at Lakeside has been great. Great staff. Customer friendly interactions throughout my time in the community. In the summer they extended access to the pool beyond the usual Labor day cutoff which was a plus since the good weather continued into the fall. The property is always clean in and around the community. Friendly neighbors. Prompt responses to maintenance request and lastly staff that have worked with their tenants through the difficulties of Covid. This is a great community to live in and call home. Thank you Lakeside.
