I take my little Yorkie, Lilo here. We've been coming to her for over a year. She does a great job grooming and lilo always comes back smelling fresh! She is also affordable and timely. I can usually get an appointment within the same or next week. I would highly recommend this place for dog or cat grooming!

Not a cat groomer!
I brought my 6 month old kitten in for a trim and she butchered him. She should have told me she couldn't do it instead of providing a bad service and taking my money. I even tipped her 30%. He was in the cat carrier already when I went to pick him up, so I didn't see his cut until I was home. If all you can do is shave them, say so. That was not ok by me. I won't be returning because of her lack of transparency and lack of being forthright. You shouldn't do something just for the money. It's bad customer service. If you can't do it, don't.
