        Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked how they were doing. I had some questions regarding the upcoming spring holiday season. It is really disheartening to be treated this way. I understand that retail is exhausting but come on I'm trying to be compassionate in asking how you are doing.

        Very rude over the phone not willing to help at all I live 35 minutes away and they cant take a couple steps to supply to ask a simple question when supplys phone number goes straight to voicemail all day. This is not the only time they have been rude

        Edgar was extremely helpful and kind, as well as the rest of the staff. The variety in not only flowers, but greenery and fillers too, is also really amazing. I would highly recommend!!

If you are interested in bulk wholesale flowers in the Chicago area we apologize that one of our Flower Pak people was not as helpful as usual and hope you will try us again.
