Just Horrible!! I give service a 2 because of the lady who checked me in @3 was nice. I didn't go to the room until after I went to Walmart which was 5 p.m. I went into the elevator which was dirty went up to the third floor where it smelled and had people hanging out in the hallway. Went into the room and instantly knew it was a no. The countertop was dirty the floors had debris from the kitchen to the bed the tub was peeling and whoever was previously there left coupons for baby milk on the fridge the dresser drawers had pieces of Brillo in it and the one chair was filthy. Went to the front desk and the response was a discount or refund. I went with a refund.

This place is not free breakfast. How about when I first got here the room wasnt all that clean. I actually had to get a different room due to them giving me a dirty room. Dont waste your money here if you dont have too. From the weed smoke to the guys doing crack in the hall ways. And as a young lady I feel so uncomfortable leaving my room due to males trying to sexual assault me. The district manager just treated me so poorly I been here over two month and this week will be the last week I stay here. I am homeless so I had to stay here I have not been a problem I go to work and come in. I spend over 500$ a week. Where I should feel safe. They are more about males than they are women here. Its way too over priced they dont come and clean your room. I asked for sheets and never got them had to buy my own sheets. They housekeeping will not service you or ask if you need service. And when you do ask for something they say ask the front desk. Its like the projects here. When you come you may have to wait for someone to come to the front desk. One night I waited 30 minutes to get access to my room. Oh and I almost got put out for raising my voice. In a public setting. I believe its because Im black. The district manager was quick to disrespect me as a women but he quickly turned his energy down to the male. its not clean the hallways are always dirty the laundry room is so dirty I wouldnt wash my clothes there. Just go somewhere else its not worth it. Rooms: They are not clean so be prepared to clean them yourself. And you will smell weed and cigarettes everyday entering and exiting the hotel. Safety: Not safe. Guys harass you and the district manager would make you feel like your less than him as a woman he will disrespect the women and be so nice to the males.

I was not happy with this place. When sleeping, heard people talking outside in hallway (not of native tongue) for long period of time. No security, especially on the main floor, and the stench of tobacco was in the hallway. I felt that I put my family in an area of chance; Not good! I'm sorry, but if I had a chance, motel six would of been a better option.

This place needs to close down,or allow only people that is living there to stay ,When I arrived there were people standing outside that made me very uneasy. I got to the front desk and I had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist very Unacceptable. The room reeked of Cigarette and Musk. I was not aware that the dishes didnt come with the room Safety: I didnt feel safe ,couldnt stay
