Meineke Car Care Center

I brought my car in to get work done on the rear shocks and the engine belts replaced. Upon taking the car home, I noted the belts were squeaking. I brought the car back to Meineke shortly thereafter to have them check on it and they assured me that the belts were fine and everything was normal. The belts continued squeaking so I took the car to a dealership who found that the water pump belt was not properly seated and was actually grinding on an adjacent belt as shown in the photos. I submitted a claim with photo proof to Meineke Corporate and asked for a refund for the belts and they told me to talk to the shop I had the work done at. I showed the local shop the pictures and they didn't deny the belt install was wrong and told me they wouldn't give me a refund. Basically I can go pound sand. Total pirates over there. I won't be bringing my car back again.
