I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Rubin. She is patient, kind, and very responsive. I felt like I had tried everything and was ready to give up on breastfeeding before I met with her. Her specialized care is unmatched. I want every new mother to know about her services- I wish I had found her sooner!

After being successfully breastfeeding my son for 6 months, I began to experience severe pain. I went to my OB who admitted to being unsure what was going on and diagnosed me with Thrush and sent me with antibiotics. I was referred to Cindy by a friend and cannot stress enough how wonderful she was. I was in a lot of pain and she rearranged her schedule to fit me in the next day, came to my house and really worked through the problem with me. She was kind, patient and more knowledgeable around the issues of breastfeeding than anyone I had met (and this is my third child). I also want to add that Cindy continues to check in and just genuinely cares. I am so happy to have found her and highly recommend her services.

Don't struggle with breastfeeding alone, Dr. Rubin is AMAZING! I exclusively pump and was having issues with pain, engorged breast and low supply to the point where we had to supplement with formula. She does in-home visits which is great because it's a comfortable environment and I didn't have to worry about packing baby up or finding a sitter (she even held, fed and changed him when he fussed!). She is very knowledgeable and provided great resources and tweaks to my pumping routine. I saw MAJOR improvements in supply and no more pain after one visit and I have not looked back since. I went from supplementing with formula to having to freeze breast milk. If I would have known about her prior to giving birth I would have purchased the package. If you are struggling, make the investment, Dr. Rubin is totally worth it!

We had a great experience with Dr.Rubin! She was very responsive and we were able to set up a visit quickly and easily. The intake form was very thorough to get all my background information and concerns so she knew a lot of information before our visit. She was very kind and easy to talk to/ask questions. This consult was for my second baby. With my first born we had issues with latching due to my flat nipples and my sons high pallet. Plus I had issues with my supply initially which led to over pumping and then engorgement and mastitis. so I had concerns of how to avoid repeating the same issues this time around. During our visit, Dr Rubin took time to listen and address all my concerns and questions. She spent time examining my baby, assess her suck and latch and watch a whole feed, trying different positions to work on her latch and seeing what would be most helpful/comfortable for me. The whole experience was very encouraging and reassuring as I felt like we discussed a clear plan. After the fact she also sent a full written plan to address all the issues we discussed as well as further resources/links/videos. I highly recommend Dr Rubin to anyone looking for support on their lactation journey!

Dr. Cindy has been an incredible blessing for our family. She came to our house three different times to help with our breast-feeding journey. I cannot recommend her enough - we worked through painful latching. We worked through feeling like I am going to be in pain at the next latch. We worked through breast-feeding in public and while traveling using a nursing cover. We worked through breast-feeding while baby is in a wrap. She was my go to person to ask all my questions when my baby got RSV at one week old. I was able to send her videos and emails and texts and she responded to all my communication and was able to offer incredible knowledge and care when I felt hopeless in a few different situations. I cannot recommend her and her services enough! She is such a kind and caring physician and I feel like shes become a friend in this process! We are so grateful for you Dr. Cindy! Thank you!!
