Christos Furs & Leather

I had a wonderful experience at Christos Furs! I dropped off a pretty expensive shearling dog bed to be cleaned. Due to its large size, it had to be sent out to a factory, and unfortunately the factory made a mistake and damaged the bed. However, the folks and Christos furs not only replaced the bed, they also issued a full refund for the cost of the cleaning! It was probably the greatest customer service I had ever experienced! And, I should clarify these are things I didn't ask for... they offered as soon as they saw the damaged bed! The owner, Christos, is a creative genius... his designs are so innovative and cool. And, Maris, who runs the store, along with her team really make shopping there a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the quality work Christo does! The lining iinside of his leather jacket was coming apart and Christo completely tailored a brand new beautiful lining. We were able to choose the color of the lining. My tall leather boots were probably 20 years old and very dirty and scuffed. They look like brand new Now!! I wear winter hats often and was checking out the Pom Pom hats in the front case. Valentines Day came early for me. My husband bought me a lovely black, grey and white Ombr Rex Rabbit fur Pom Pom hat. I love it! Plus 20% off! Very, very pleased with Christo and his wonderful staff! Christo, hope you get a white Polish hen this Spring
