called ahead to get materials ready, stopped by the office to let them know I had arrived, they continued to take 5 other peoples orders, after 50 mins I went again to ask if im getting my materials, waited another 10 min before they issued the items I had ordered. we are new to this company and the customer service is horrible. wont be ordering anymore from them.

To facilitate repairs on a customers fence gate, I have contacted the company in West Chicago, Illinois only to be told to contact someone else in Montgomery, Illinois. Of which no one has contacted me. Can no one send a catalogue pdf or paper so I can get the parts ordered? OR do they want to just sell new fence?
