        Since the move from Rollins, our pond looks horrible. We will not use their services in the future.

        Don't bother with this company. They were awesome previously when it was Rollins Aquatic but unfortunately as these buyouts typical go, this "big" company has run this company into the ground. They use the same excuse of short staff, too busy, etc. which is understandable however, not being able to return simple emails for several weeks at a time is just poor management. I've even called several other companies and whenever I mentioned Solitude, they all snicker and laugh with me at how terrible their service is and how many people call mentioning the exact same. Really miss Rich and his company, what a shame.
