Kind and caring. They care for the property they rent out and the people who live there. Gina genuinely wants to assist you any way she possibly can. Her Janet and Beth are the best. I had to call Maintenance twice both times they responded right away. Thank you for the office and Maintenance I appreciate you.

When we were homeless Ms Gina quickly got us into a great apartment and gave us a chance to get our rental history going in the right direction. If we ever had any problems they fixed them quickly. Just want to add that 2 years later this company is still amazing! We had over 2 inches of water in our basement from a leak. We called them and the problem was resolved in 2 hours! They sent plumbers and a team to clean up the water damage! Amazing! We love Bottom Line and will continue to rent with them as long as they will have us! God bless Ms Gina and Ms Janet and Ms Beth!
