3002 Grand Ave needs work or health inspection... patients vape indoors in an enclosed area... given the alteration of chemicals via vape ... good luck with the withdrawal symptoms these inpatients will be now experiencing & most of them in silence... and keeping things within ethical range such a nice outward appearance this place has, why this is allowed I have NO idea. Furthermore name-calling became initiated within staff: my name is not Andrew, I don't go around saying your name is BoQkah

I messaged earlier today but no answer was received. My son wasnt served today though we waited for 1 hour and a half. Why are you playing with peoples lives, times, nerves? Give me the place (persons name, email etc) to complain. If being a patient at Belvidere clinic means that we are poor and dont have money, you dont have the right to treat us the way you did today. The front desk dental assistant told us that theres 1 person before us in line and that person actually left at 4 pm. But even after he left, the dental nurse and the dentist werent ready to see my son. How is that possible? How many minutes are allocated to each person? We are very much dissatisfied with the attitude: starting from Kenia who questioned us at the door on the first floor and was rude and irrespective, continuing with the dental office, and ending with David Markovich were very unsupportive, rude and arrogant while talking to us - me, my 6 year old son and husband. They feel like the kings there, and they think that no one is going to disobey the corrupted rules they have there and make everyone follow those corrupted rules of yelling at people STOP, WHERE ARE YOU GOING starting right at the front door , of making patients wait without due apology or alternative appointment offer, of saying these are our rules when you complain to their manager David. Yet neither the webpage of LCHD nor Facebook messages of LCHD, linkedn page etc. literally nowhere to leave our concerns. Complain part 2: 03.15.2024 - my child was scheduled to see Lundon Brown at 8:45. Its 9:10 and we havent been called yet. Even no explanation or excuse for running behind the schedule. And it works only in the interest of workers of the clinic: if we are late we are turned back to reschedule the appointment or gazed at as if we committed a crime. But when they are late theres no excuse. It is a public clinic which accepts Medicaid and Medicare, but we as patients are treated as if we are guilty of something. If we dont have money, that doesnt mean that we need to be treated like thieves.
