Doctors and medical assistants are very friendly and will help you with what you need, but the lady at the reception, a lady who is a little older, is very overbearing and rude, she should not be in that chair attending to the people who arrive. He always has the same attitude at all times.

I had a great experience at this doctor's office.I called to set up an appointment there was an opening the next day. They got me in fast. Dr. Nicole Wagner was a nice positive doctor who listened and answered my questions. Her medical assistant Janet did an awesome job making sure I got the correct paperwork and Lab work that I need for an upcoming surgery. Keep up the great work helping people with positive vibes :)

Honestly, if you can go anywhere else please do so. I got there and the main lady at the front desk was on her phone texting before she decided to sign us in. I was there for 2 hours waiting before I got called in. I went in because I had tested positive for COVID 6 days prior to coming in and needed a doctors note because I missed work. As soon I told them I had COVID they kicked me out room one, the doctor cut me off mid sentence and walked away and told the second front desk girl to cancel my check in and give me a doctors note. That same girl was asking everyone around her how to spell the word determine. ACCORDING TO CDC, youre supposed to quarantine for 5 days and you should be okay to leave your house which I did. There was not reason for me to be treated and kicked out the way I was. Not only that, the girl that couldnt spell determine wrote the wrong dates on my doctors note and wrote I couldnt go back in to work until 10 days later. My work and the CDC only requires you to quarantine for 5 days and come back wearing a mask for the next 5 days. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL please go somewhere else this place is horrible. I recommend and I went to the Johnsburg clinic and they were extremely nice NOTHING compared to here. Have a blessed day and treat others how you want to be treated please.
