They scheduled you at a certain time and you can sit there for 2hours and they still dont call you in, And the receptionist is very rude doesnt even acknowledge you till she wants to.

Worst health care place clinic Lake County, IL. Don't waste your time here. Staff there doesn't care about it's patients, it's all about the $ there. The 1st visit will be ok, after that patients are just a $ number. That place couldn't even get 2 , 24 hr urine cultures results in 5 wks, obviously urine samples must of been dumped and never sent out to the lab, probably never sent out because lab had no information, big communication issues amongst staff. The receptionists lie and put you on hold for 30 min at a time, and more, until you get tired of waiting on hold., ect, ect! This place doesn't deserve 1 star. I had to go to the ER to get proper care, diagnosis and proper medication., and was refered to a real Doctor in Libertyville. Told the ER Physician don't bother calling Jennifer Bellucci Jackson she's no longer my Dr.! She's terrible service and doesn't due anything for patients anyway. Don't waste your time there, find real Doctors.
