        First time using a new contractor since a long-time HVAC friend moved out of the area. Tom and an apprentice arrived on time, friendly and polite, for general winter maintenance and to discuss what to do with an old electronic air cleaner. After talking through a few things, Tom was on the same page as my old trusted friend. They completed the service in good time and cleaned their work area. Cost was very reasonable. Look forward to using them again in the Spring and future.
