        I wouldnt recommend any black women patronizing this business even though Heartland messed up my appointment the Dr. Marla dismissed me without even having a conversation with me . This place doesnt care about the African American women or their babies . Waterloo is to far to drive to be dismissed

        They are prejudice towards black women. The whole establishment is weird & the vibe is off when you walk in. Rolls their eyes at you while talking to you, huff & puff.. breathe all loud. Talk about you while your waiting in the waiting room. They do not like black people PERIOD. If your black go in there & see what I am talking about, they are fake nice it's cringe. They will try to their best to get you to go to the Shiloh location for w/e reason.

        Wonderful office & team! I normally go to Shiloh, but Waterloo was able to get me in right away! I do love my girls (and Dr. Covlin) at Shiloh though! But this office was very efficient & friendly!
