I gave an approximate time of arrival after msging and calling for a specific item I wanted to purchase. Never been to waterloo il and was misguided by GPS. When I finally found the resale shop the woman there was so obnoxious and rude in telling me she was holding the item for someone else because I was late. I saw other items I would have purchased as well. But, I walked away and left the store not wanting to even question, or interact with this loud mouth, obviously ignorant lady.
I will never waste my gas or time going to this resale store ever again.

I would put zero stars if it would allow me. I was in the store over the weekend, there was an older gal that called in to reserve an item. She had made an appointment at 11am. She didnt get there right at 11, so the item got sold from underneath her. Instead of politely explaining the situation to the customer, she starts going off on the customer about how she is in the wrong. Lady let me tell you something the customer is always right, no matter what thats how you get returning customers. The fact the she was very rude and arguing while there are multiple customers in the store, made her look very unprofessional. I will not be going back, and I will be telling everyone about what happened. This place and the employees should not exist. Terrible store.
