I recently came back from Cancun, MX and we had the most amazing time. Lori was great from start to finish in all the preparation for this trip. She was very helpful and always helped when asked. Cannot wait to go back and have Lori help me get to my next destination.

Lori was an amazing travel agent to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our travels were seamless and in line with our goals for the vacation. This was by far the least stressed out I have been about planning a long vacation. Our tour guides were so friendly and also flexible if we wanted to veer off the plan a little. She was even able to keep a surprise that my parter was working on a secret the whole time we were planning. I highly recommend Lori when booking anything from a weekend trip, to a long extended vacation. Lori at Travel Design Loft provided the best customer service I have ever enjoyed in the travel planning arena. She hooked us up on a luxury cruise line for one of the best travel experiences of our lives. She expertly navigated all of the difficulties of re-booking when, through no fault of her own, the cruise line cancelled our initial voyage. We ended up with even more than we bargained for-in a good way! The cruise line gave us generous benefits and compensated us more than we could have imagined. Lori set us up, handling all of the details. We recently completed one of our journeys and it was pure luxurious perfection. The best dining Ive ever experienced anywhere. Exemplary service.
