Brightside is a blessing that I did not expect when I first signed up. Secratarian Alex is a life saver, many times I had events happen but he always had my back so that I could continue treatment. The doctors have flexibility when it comes to glitches at the pharmacy, they will call you back SAME day to solve the issue you have, usually within 2 hours In my personal experience. If you live in rural IL and need a place to go, this is it.

Bright side is a lifesaver! When I couldn't get in any other clinic in the area they got me in. Not only that, but they have a grant for your first 3 months of treatment. That really helps people that don't have it to give right away! This office isn't only carrying about the bottom line. They really care about your recovery

The secretary named Alex is always great with instructions and reaching out to update you with the happenings of your care. Even if something happens with your medication via pharmacy, he will always straighten it out.

I absolutely love this place! Alex and Aimee are both amazing people who honestly care about your sobriety. Alex was the only one who helped me when I first moved here and as trying to get my Suboxone right. He got me into a doctor over the phone that same day, I would highly recommend Brightside in Washington, IL to anybody!!
