The owner did not want to deal with Waukegan's Bldg dept to get the bldg permit, so I tried to get it myself. I needed dimensions from them for the permit. I called, texted and emailed the owner and his son for 2 weeks to complete the application. No one responded to anything I sent them. This company was so unprofessional. I wish I had checked the other bad reviews on SGHardscapes before I called them.

We had Sal do multiple large jobs for us. In the final stage of the job, we were concerned it was being rushed and would cause problems down the road, but Sal assured us he would stand by his work. One year later, we contacted Sal, as exactly what we thought would happen was happening. Sal came out and looked at it, gave us a price to fix it, even though he said he would stand behind it when he did it. We were willing to pay the price for the repair, but we have called and emailed, but he never returns our call, answers our emails or has come out to fix the problem he created. We are very disappointed in S&G Hardscapes and would not recommend using them as he does not stand behind his work.

Loved working with Sal on doing a refresh/repair on our brick patio. He was fair, responsive and professional. Our 20 year old patio looks brand new. Great work!
