EMC Insurance Companies

Terrible experience dealing with this insurance company. After filing a claim, they told me they would get back to me within 24 hours. I never heard from them again. I called multiple times in the following days, left multiple voicemails directly for the agent I had spoken with, and even left messages with the receptionist that were supposed to be relayed to the agent. They didn't return a single call. When I was able to get ahold of the receptionist a week later, she transferred me to someone who immediately hung up. I believe they have gone as far as to block my number. Incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible. Would give zero stars if I could.

They don't pay for workmans comp claims. The claims supervisor, maureen waller, screens her calls and will not answer. We got through one time calling from a different phone number and she quickly ended the call. It's been 2 months and not a single check. How are we supposed to keep our house and pay our bills when my husband is injured and physically can't work? We can't afford a lawyer. This has been a nightmare!!

awful company to deal with on Claims blocks your ph # so you cant call in When you call from a different line, they just transfer you around until you give up and hang up WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO DO BUISNESS WITH THEM

Worst insurance company ever. I have spent thousands of dollars with them with zero claims. It takes up to 5 days to receive a return call back from the underwriters. They are just like gangsters. Their attitude is screw you, pay me. I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.
