Monica Carrillo is awesome! I had to cancel my insurance cause I sold my car and was without a car for several months. SoS sent me a letter saying my registration would be suspended since I canceled even though I sold the car. Gave her the information and she cleared everything up within minutes! I have a new used car now and back on with them for my insurance and what a huge relief. She is so fast, polite and professional!
