We have spent 2 years dealing with this office to clear up an issue with insurance. They continue to bill wrong insurance then wait a year and ask for payment after insurance will no longer make payment. Work with insurance and get them to pay but office again incorrectly sends info. Their incompetence to correctly bill insurance is now our problem and we are to pay out of pocket. They also botched up a root canal. Would consider finding a different office to get your dental work done.

Dr Kelli and her staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with. The girls in the office always keep appointments on time and are polite and professional. Dr Kelli always explains the procedure and options clearly so I understand what to expect. She also takes the time and care to be gentle. From basic cleanings to wisdom teeth removal I have always left knowing I received the best care possible. I would recommend MidAmerica Dental Wellness to anyone needing dental assistance. Thank you for always taking great care of me and my family.
