        Hey Servpro, I’m still waiting on that estimate, it’s been about 2 months now. But really don’t bother, Service Master came out the day I called and mitigation began the following Monday with the work being completed the following Monday! Service Master was excellent to work with and very efficient. And to think I’m still waiting on you! You failed sorry! Just being honest.

        We called Servpro in the midst of a city sewage backup in our basement. The crew was out there within the hour, had the floor ripped up & began the cleanup process immediately. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received both the night of the incident as well as the following weeks. Highly recommend - most definitely a company you never know you need them, until you need them! Thank you again! Services: Sewage cleanup, Water damage cleanup

        Had water in the basement. Tried drying it up myself first but ended up needing to call servpro after talking to insurance. They were out the next day with fans and even did the construction work on the drywall repairs. Very happy with the service.
