Very bad experience. I was told two hour wait, and after 5 hours the work was still not done as agreed at first. They just handed me the keys and said go somewhere else to do rotation. The worker said been a long day and I dont wanna do anything else

It's been over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Which was a scheduled appointment, mind you. This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced across any industry. I absolutely recommend anywhere else but here for service.

Have worked with both Savoy & Urbana Auto Centers. I really have no complaints, except their road hazard warranty brochure should better indicate exactly what constitutes a road hazard, specifically, what they will--and will not--cover! Their work was done in a timely manner, even when I was a walk-in at Urbana ... At Savoy I was able to make an appointment, which worked out well!
