Fairly priced, nicely located around everything in Champaign -Urbana area, owner is great he waited up for me to arrive until 1 a.m. , rooms could be updated but overall it's a great little motel.

This hotel was very quiet, and the owner was very helpful. He also made sure it was safe for you to be there. I'm a waitress and I never had any issues of me feeling in danger. I recommend motel for its prices. Considering I was on a budget. The rooms were decent too. He made sure you had clean linen and the linen smelled amazing also. Nearby activities: Closest to another of activities to do Safety: Very safe Walkability: Alot of things around the area road go see

I stayed here for the weekend to have a weekend getaway for my birthday which was on Saturday. If I could give this 4.5 stars instead of 4 I would. The rooms were a little run down but descent. Very quiet too. I checked everything and didn't see any bed bugs or roaches . The beds were really comfortable. The owner was no nonsense but very friendly and accommodating and a cool guy. There was no housekeeping services but the owner knocked on everyone's door once a day to see if you needed anything. I had just ran out of toilet paper and he brought me some more within minutes. So still great service overall. Prices were really good too. Most motels here charge around $200- $300 a night and a $100 deposit. I only paid $75 a night to stay here and a $25 security deposit. Location was good too. It was in a safe part of town with restaurants including a really good barbecue joint and a Walgreens nearby.
