Dr. Bill Kilpatrick is very patient and caring during our visit to the convenience care this afternoon. He even called later to follow up and make sure my daughter is doing well. Definitely a doctor one can trust! The receptionist and nurse are very nice too.

Made a 4PM appointment with convenient care. Checked in at 3:45PM and was asked to wait in my car. Called at 4:30 and was told only two people ahead of me. Decided to go in at 5PM and was told 30 more minutes and was finally seen at 5:30. This was to get a sick child seen. It seems there is no point in making appointments here. Staff were friendly but they are clearly understaffed. This is for the Urbana location.

Over all the service is not great the only people that genuinely care are the nursing staff. The doctor I dealt with was very reserved and didnt really answer more questions, read my history that was sent over, or listen to me when I said my dosage for prescriptions. I came in for my appointment early and was seen before the appointment time which was good however when I brought up concerns with my doctor he refused to give an answer and kind of brushed it off not seeing it as concerning or connection to anything. The online refilling prescriptions never works unless you call them before hand and even then its days before you get the prescription. I spent over a week trying to get a refill and it got so bad I had to go into urgent care just to get a refill on a Saturday due to the withdrawal. When you ask to pay your bill its never right and changes after youve left their office and to get in touch with anyone is at least 20 minutes. When I called to find out why I was being charged I was talked to aggressively and the receptionist was very rude to me on the phone. I continued to be polite however they continued to be rude on the phone as if I should know the answer and not bother the billing department with a billing question. Have already changed providers and only waited as long as I did with this clinic because of insurance changes. I do not recommend you go here.
