We used to come to Paunicka Clinic for my husband. We live in Northwest Indiana but my husband used to come here when he lived in Urbana. When other doctors couldnt find him a solution for his back, Paunicka was able to help him get back to 100%. He was the only one my husband trusted. His back went out and he refused to see anyone but Paunicka - so we drove 2+ hrs just for him because hes that worth it! Fast forward 5 years. Now it was my turn. I was having so much neck and shoulder pain. Immobilizing pain. I had seen orthopedic urgent care for it. Even after the X-rays were taken, they said my spine was curved but it was probably because how I was standing during the X-ray and said it was pinched nerves and muscle spasms. They continued with a course of oral steriods and muscle relaxants that did nothing for my pain. They even considered an injection for oral steriods. Luckily my husband came for the appt and saw the X-rays and immediately set up an appt with Paunika. He said to just trust him. When every doctor I saw wanted me to get X-rays and mri and just take meds and not provide a solution other than physical therapy, Dr Paunicka was able to fix me within 4 sessions. I hadnt felt any relief for more than a month and Dr Paunicka took such good care of me. He was upfront and said I would need multiple adjustments and I trusted him because I know this man from previous experiences with my husband and I knew to trust the process. I drove 2+ hours every other day to see him because this is the only chiropractor clinic I trust. I am leaving for a 2 week vacation and he helped me get back to normal in time for my trip. He helped my husband get through bad back pain and now he helped me through neck and shoulder pain (pinched nerves and muscle spasms). This is my most recommended clinic. They are amazing and so nice. Trust the process! You wont regret it. I cant say thank you enough to Paunicka Clinic! You guys are the best. 10/10 recommend!

Fixed my back after 2 years of suffering. I saw a ton of doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors and none helped. I was begging for surgery but they said I was too young. Paunika Sr. found the root cause on the first visit very quickly. He looked at the X-Ray and it was clear to him and that was surprising because of how many medical specialists I went to beforehand. 90% relief on the first visit. He fixed what I thought would be lifetime suffering. It took a few more visits but after that he said "I don't want to see you again unless you're hurting". This was very different from the other Chiropractors I saw that wanted me to come in 2x per week for the rest of my life. Its been many years and whenever a family member or myself has a lasting issue, we drive 2.5 hours to see him every time. Currently, he is the only person that has been able to provide relief to my wife after she exhausted all other medical options. They even have very cost efficient "plans" if your insurance doesn't cover the visit. Even when insurance covered my visits, the plan they offered was cheaper. Don't waste your time, money, energy, and suffer going to other places. Just give it a try and you will be pleasantly surprised!
