We had severe hail damage to our suv from a tornado while on vacation. Mark Hummel, Angela, and Joe kept us updated on the progress. They went above and beyond from working with our insurance, quality parts and work, to cleaning the inside and out of the vehicle. It was showroom clean. There is no trace anything ever happened to it. To top it all off the work was completed ahead of schedule. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE GEICO INSURANCE. Just go to Gerber. Abysmal experience with them. Went in monday after scheduling appointment, they tell me they dont have me in the system and that I was the third Geico person with an issue that day. Took off work for that appointment. I ask if its a problem with Geico or the place, because I need my car fixed and I dont care where it gets fixed at. They say its a Geico issue but that it will be fixed by wednesday so okay no big deal. I call wednesday, still not connecting to Geico. I decide to schedule an appointment with Gerber to see if its a Geico issue. When I went in today they were able to see me with no issue. Unacceptable of Crash Repair for wasting multiple days of my time, lying in saying that its a Geico issue instead of one with the system, and making me take off work for appointments you never saw me on.
