        I had visited several Assisted Living facilities before I went to talk to the people at Brookdale in Urbana. I knew right away that I had found the right place. Ashlie was very kind and easy to work with. She understood what I was looking for and did an excellent job of communicating with me. Christie also knew what our needs were and assured me that they were able to take care of my loved one every step of the way. The facility was bright and cheery with a lot of windows. Everything was clean and everyone I encountered was so nice! I would not hesitate to tell anyone that this is a great facility and that they should definitely see if its a place for them. Thank you so much for all your help and understanding!
