        Worked in customer service and the people there are absolutely rude to the customers and their coworkers. They push their employees in the warehouse to their limits and pay under minimum wage. Would not recommend to buy their cheap bags or work there

        Received some perfect quality bags, and some very scuffed bags on our PO #42913. Our sales rep, Lisa was not helpful and didn't respond to most of my messages. They are unwilling to fix a problem that is clearly their fault. Won't be doing business with them in the future.
