Maureen was so knowledgeable of "family-friendly" resorts which made planning our trip a breeze...... especially when she did all the planning for me!! I would highly recommend Chicago Family Travel to anyone and look forward to working with her in the future.

Lot's of unrealized potential. Almost none of the common areas are air conditioned. Food was underwhelming but edible. Service was spotty at best. Staff were, with a few exceptions, apathetic, unaware, unfriendly, inconsiderate, and indifferent. THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS A TOTAL INATTENTION TO DETAIL, REGARDLESS OF THE ELEMENT (grounds, staff, amenities, etc.).

Thank you so much Maureen for all your help! Our Mommy-Daughter vacation to The World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando was a success. The Lowes Sapphire Falls was perfect, and our room location was exactly where I wanted it to be: near an elevator and immediate access to the boat dock. Thanks for calling and checking the hotel for that. It was also near the lobby and quick access to the pool and restaurants as well. Thanks for all your help in the planning process and checking out different itineraries to best suite our needs. The US VIP Experience was so worth it. It worked out exactly how we thought it would - the other members of our tour group took my thrill seeking daughter on the rides that I couldnt handle. Will definitely use you again, especially for (hopefully) our many future Mommy-Daughter vacations. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Mo in planning our families 1st Walt Disney World vacation! She was knowledgeable, patient & worked hard to ensure we were happy with all aspects of the vacation. She has continued to provide us with updates of important deadlines as the vacation approaches. Will definitely use Mo for future vacation planning!

We had such a great experience using Chicago Family Travel!! Mo was wonderful...we told her where we wanted to go on vacation & she took care of everything!! I highly recommend Chicago Family Travel....we will be booking all our future travels with Mo!!!
