I recently had repairs done to my condo. The technician that came, Aaron, was professional and did an amazing job! Advocate, RobTraub, worked with my schedule and we were able to get the work done in a timely manner. Great Job! I highly recommend them.

In January we changed our Property Management company. Advocate Repairs and Improvements was a delight to work with on a large cement replacement project for stoops and sidewalks. After an initial walk around of the property with Rob Traub, he handled all the organization and coordination of the entire project from start to finish. His professionalism was superior and so was his communication with updates along every step of the way. It made it so easy for me to update the Board of Directors. As President of the townhouse association, I would definitely recommend them to other Associations and use Advocate Maintenance and Improvements for future projects and repairs for our Association.
