Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control

I inquired on renting a system to cool a tent for a wedding we are planning in August. I originally emailed on November 23 requesting a quote (and included tent size as requested during the original phone call), on December 17th I sent another email asking for a response, finally on December 27 I got an email with a quote. The quote? $8,000 for 1 day (more than the venue and catering for the event). I emailed back asking if there was a more economical solution...obviously I wouldn't be writing this if I had heard back. I have read all of the great reviews on this company and am a bit confused as to why. It would have been much better if they would have just said upfront that the profit for cooling my would not be worth their time.
