We recently had an estate sale through A forgotten treasure, even though we were dreading it, Eric made the whole experience seamless. He was thorough, thoughtful, and always fair He took the time up-front to organize and price items, consolidating pieces to keep buyers only in relevant rooms of the house. On the days of the sale, I was really happy with his teams management of the event, and the large volume of people, even on a snowy January day, which speaks to the effectiveness of his pre-sale advertising. Most of my items sold, many on the first day of the sale, and he continued to market and find buyers for the few items that did not. He was at the house until the last items were sold, donated, or disposed of prior to closing, leaving it in great condition for its new owners. He didnt stop working until every last item was out. His rates are very competitive, he has a solid knowledge of how to price a wide variety of items, and hes truly a pleasure to work with. We Highly recommend!!

Eric and his team did an estate sale for my folks in Frankfort IL. He treated their items with respect and researched them accurately. The sale had a great turnout and the proceeds helped with home repairs so we could get it sold. We highly recommend him!!!
