Kleen Tank

Mark and Christy Olson did a wonderful job with my RV today. We are at a RVing Women's rally in Guntersville, Ga and had Mark and Christy give an inservice on Kleen Tank. I learned so much at the 1 1/2 talk about my tanks and the proper way to take care of them. I then had them clean out my tanks and learned even more about properly taking care of them. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Mark and Christy. And my RV thanks you too!

Awesome service! Our tanks were a mess and took twice as long as normal. Joel was such a good sport about it. He even came back another day to do the hot water heater because he had run out of time on the first visit. He gave us a real education about tanks and maintenance too. He gifted us a fly swatter, a bottle of cleaning solution and the recipe to refill it. Truly amazing service.

I saw information about the service you provide while watch YouTube videos. I had an issue with my black tank filling too fast that was described as a "poop pyramid" on the forums I went to for information. I was able to do a few things while on vacation to keep it under control. but knew that the problem would need professional cleaning. I contacted Kleen Tank through their website and received communication back through an email from Jay the next day. I am speech impaired and was able to communicate with him over text and made an appointment for Sunday at 9am. He was on time and ready to go at 9am. He spent over 2 hours cleaning both my gray and black tanks, along with explaining his process as he went along. He was very friendly, thorough. and knowledgeable about what was needed, and what we were doing wrong. He graded my tanks as a "d" for the black and a "c' for the gray. Not too good. Glad I got this done. I will definitely be using their service in the future, and recommending them to others. I hope that I have the luck to get Jay as my technician.
