Kimberly at front desk has no customer service skills was rude to me wouldn't let me speak and kept saying please stop talking let me speak, definitely not trained properly in customer service skills and definitely no bed side manners if I did that at my job I wouldn't have a job. So they called me 48 hours before surgery left me a message that I would have to come to table with $1600 I told her that the amount I had to come to table with was not affordable based on previous quote of $200 and now it's $1600 it was a $1400 difference and thats a huge and to reschedule they told me they'd have to get permission from Doctor to do that. She didn't even try to help me.

Absolutely love the staff. Dr. Anderson has worked with my family for many different oral surgerys & procedures. Everyone at the facility is super friendly and helpful. They are also every thorough will information and what you should expect for procedures.
