        BERNA Construction has called upon United Rentals many times over the years - however, this was my first time as a new member of the team. I was asked to secure Spot Coolers for a client on one of the hottest days in June. Needless to say, every place I called they were tapped out of 1.5-ton water-cooled units. Fortunately, I was referred to United Rentals and lucky enough to connect w/ Kristen Goss. My call was made after-hours and she swiftly answered her phone, took my order, scrambled to secure seven units for an early morning pick-up, and promptly sent the quote to make it all official. I was so grateful and relieved that she answered, but even more so impressed by her genuine kindness and professionalism to walk me through a process I had never navigated before. I am new to the world of general construction and this task was a bit intimidating on short notice. She and her team were prompt, polite, and partnered with us to provide just what our client needed...a cool restaurant! THANK YOU, Kristen and United Rental Team, we appreciate all you did to help us deliver on our mission to MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY! : )
