Talk about a bed bug infestation. Arrived to the hotel and got checked in for the night, laid down in bed and after awhile started to get itchy, checked mattress and sheets for bed bugs only to find multiple bed bugs everywhere, went down and told the owner about it and he got all mad and started yelling. Dont recommend staying here and the place if way too expensive for what you get.

The rooms and breakfast were great, everything else was not bad considering the price we paid for the hotel.

Excellent personal service. Warm greeting and exceptional help with items left behind in room after check out. Got a personal call to notify me and discussed options for return, including mailing. Mike went to the post office to mail my property back. Amazing!

If I could leave 0 stars for this hotel I would. I paid for the room when I booked on line. When I arrived, I was charged again for the room and then had nothing but arguments from the staff about whether or not I was double charged. I was then charged for towels for the pool and extra towels for the room. One person on the staff was excellent but the rest of the staff was nothing but rude. I will not ever stay in this hotel again.

I thoroughly read through reviews before booking this place and thought itd meet our needs for a quick overnight. I have many regrets. Our poor experience began at check in. I booked this through my companys discount page. My confirmation included our one night stay with 2 adults and 2 children. Upon checking in, they claimed they needed to charge me $20 extra because our kids werent included on the reservation. I had my confirmation email up at the time and showed that it did include them. I was still charged, regardless. We get to the room and I cant say anything good about it. The room was NOT worth what I paid. Marks all over the walls, sticky spots on the floor, holes in the bathroom door, the toilet wouldnt flush. I wouldnt even bathe our kids in the tub - but my husband chose to shower and the water never got warm. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book a reputable brand.
