        I went to Pep Boys asking them to check my tire pressure. They found a nail/screw in a tire that could not be replaced because of the location of the nail I was working with Tony at the desk and he was exceptionally helpful, professional and proficient and patient considering I know nothing about tire purchases. We concluded the transaction and while I was not a happy camper when I pulled in to Peo Boys tire service area, I was a relieved, happy customer when I pulled out. The entire team at your Schaumburg location is *****.

        Everyone is usually helpful and nice, but Ray is the best!! He went out of his way to make everything easier, he took his time explaining everything and with working out a solution, hes even funny, & he fixed my problem as fast as he could. Really turns your whole day around when youre having car troubles, and now I probably wouldnt even want anyone else to work on my car.
