        I asked for a BBQ sauce at the drive thru and told that all the sauce selection are on the app. This isnt the true or accurate because Ive been eating from Arbys for quite a while now. I then called later wanting to let the guy know that what he told isnt accurate. He stated that he doesnt have time for an opera dance when the conversation didnt even lasted a minute. Then he hang up on me. Maybe customer service isnt Arbys forte and this guy needs a different career that fits his personal needs and interests since customer service isnt his strong suit.

        Not great. I tried the fish sandwich, and it was greasy. They forgot the Arby's sauce and horseradish. I wish we had checked that when they forgot my coke and we had to go back. Needless to say, I won't go back.
