Trash trash trash, I want to give triple 0 in these pictures are Jan 23, 24 they don't put down salt or remove snow so the garbage man can remove trash and they say people can't work on vechiles in the court way put look at the line up this is my neighbor at 1051 Ashton Ct fixing on cars June of 2023 everyday the oaks association does nothing after pictures and complaints , please get them out

This association has been through multiple changes since I've lived here since 2019 and it has not been for the better. HOA fee is crazy high for what you get, the website has been down for a long time, and they tow your car even if parked in your own spot. This place is joke, sadly with the interest rates so high, I'm stuck in this joke of an association/place.

Went to The Oaks for a community meeting with the Streamwood Police. There has been a lot of crime in the area mostly to cars. The Clubhouse was nice but dated. But it was also loud and echoey and hard to hear the officers. After the meeting I went to talk to the officers and they said there was another meeting two days later at the Police Department for my part of town, so I went to that one and it was quieter and very informative.

The only reason Im giving this a start is because I do not have the option to not select any! Those people in the office make you feel so un human. It took a year to get my parking pass! No amenities here are accessible. You have to go through your landlord for everything. They wont even open the office for you. You have to speak through an intercom outside the door and only landlords can make appointments and be seen! This is insane I have never experienced anything like this ever
