        Every time I go there this woman banker working with customers - not the tellers- is not helpful. Not enough employees for the desk areas just two ones and the woman there is useless. I saw one walking by sometime, maybe she's the manager but not doing anything useful. I wonder why Chase bank hire people like that. It's the worst Chase bank location.

        My last walk in experience, personal bankers waited 20 min for an appointment which was no show, but wont take me in because I was walk in. My paperwork supposed to take less than 10 min. so you do the math.

        Same as another reviewer, I was making a deposit, it was mostly cash but also contained some change. I was told they "don't take coins". What kind of bank isn't equipt to process coins and doesn't accept US currency??
