I did not get any service done here, nor do I believe that after my first introduction with their phone person Julie, that I will be taking any service there. Not only was she the rudest person and hung up on me twice. But I then had to call several times for her to actually answer the phone. My request was for a price of a service, and she took it up on herself to try to provide me with everything but the one price I asked for. After saying that there was no one else there that I could speak with she then proceeded to put me on hold to go ask someone. And when I explained that I know the workings of what is needed and only need the price of labour she stated the price and hung up on me.

Kaos, we're sorry you had a poor experience with our shop. When you called, we advised that we could not remove your broken key from the ignition cylinder but we could maybe install a new cylinder. After confirming you have a 2008 Pontiac G6, we advised that you would need to have a new key made and reprogrammed (since you didn't have an extra set).

At this point you began yelling at our manager - she hung up the phone because it is unfair for our team to be yelled at when we are just doing our job. That behavior is unacceptable. We generally do not provide estimates over the phone because there are different variables that could add/subtract from a price. We would need to inspect the vehicle first in order to provide accurate cost information. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
