Called and requested a free quote to move a walk in cooler. The quote was extremely high. When we explained that we would be going a different route, they decided we know needed charged. Not an honest company to work with. We have always worked with Workmans heating and cooling and they have always been honest, and up front about pricing. If they had worked with walk ins, we would have stuck with them.

This company has been called to our buildings to do boiler repairs. They never let you know when they will show up. We were tired of waiting and had to call another company to do the repairs. Loescher (and now GSR is a part of them) would show up weeks later and see the work had already been completed. They also sent us an outrageous bill for work they didn't do. I would check out other companies before calling this one.

Extremely disappointed with the service and customer support. They came to fix my furnace back in November, I originally paid them up front and received confirmation by receipt. Yet 6 months later I get a phone call and a notice of collections letter in the mail saying that they lost my payment. Concerned on why I was getting billed again (keep in mind it has been 6 months since the service took place and was originally paid for) I called the company and spoke with Kelsey who proceeded to tell me they messed up something on their end and lost my payment and I needed to pay again or get sent to collections. When I expressed that this was something entirely out of my control and that they needed to find the payment or work with me to rectify the situation, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and other people werent upset so it was ridiculous I would be. Overall, I am honestly disgusted by the way they treat customers. I have no problem paying for a persons time and service and made that very clear when I paid them same day of service. Do yourself a favor and call a different company if youre in need of assistance. These guys dont care to provide good service.

New customer. I called today because my furnace was not heating and blowing cold air. I have a 2 year old and they were great they came out today instead of having to wait till tomorrow. I was nervous about having a service call and having to have a huge bill. The guy who came today was great he answered all my questions and was a easy quick fix and very affordable. Thank you so much will be using this company again.
