It is extremely difficult to speak to anyone, no matter when I call. The last time, I was on hold for over 50 minutes before giving up. I don't know if it's a staffing shortage or some other issue, but it is not efficient for the customer. Terrible experience

I tried to get information about status of a title application online, but it advised I must call the facility. It is extremely difficult to speak to anyone, no matter when I call. If your license is revoked and youve done all of the necessary requirements to reverse the revocation they take upwards of 7 weeks to get back with a decision. Ive waited four weeks now and not heard from them since. Update: its now been 7 weeks and no response. Its so frustrating to see how much Springfield doesnt care for people who are trying to get their life back together. Also they say that they have me on file which is a lie. Im sure theyre going to forget. Its the worst thing to go by the rules and not get approved as soon as possible.

Have had reinstatement hearing back in August now December and still havent heard or been able get any information on hold for hrs totally unacceptable people are rude if u do happen to be able to talk to someone
