+ All staff members are very friendly and courteous. + Clean facility with a lot of sanitziers and shields + Waiting area has many chairs. + Service is very quick and professional. + Street parking* is available right in front of the building. * Parking meter was broken. I spent 50 cents for testing 2 different meters. The officer said it's OK to park. Tip: Bring extra copies of blank documents in case your notary public made a mistake in your notarized documents. There's a notary public service nearby to correct any error using your blank document.

I received excellent service. I had to call several times because I live in a small town in Mexico and couldn't get a prepaid return form in Valle de Bravo (I ended up going to a bigger city to get it). They were always very kind and helpful.
