US Post Office CPU

On 6-28-20 at 4:45 PM vehicle number 3307136 refused to acknowledge or deny that he has my package. Has been stating for the last two days on tracking "no access" even though he just drove past us and my father had to follow him to ask to get the package . As a private individual of minority I have no voice than passing this information to google maps, you have heard from me.

This is the most incompetent post office I've ever dealt with. We have lived in our apartment almost a year and they are constantly sending our mail as undeliverable even though we have a mailbox! When asked they say they fixed the problem, but we still get calls from places saying our mail has been returned, it has been going on for months now. I've gone up there to talk to them, my bf has gone up there, our landlords business office manager has gone up there and called. If i could gove ZERO stars I would. WORST POST OFFICE EVER!

USPS sucks. I have sent a birthday present with a priority mail and they failed to deliver it and there was not status update, proper information.

Very little help, and the coworker named Ashley was completely rude and did not answer any questions that I had just said she didnt know, will never go back. Horribly disappointed
