Hri plumber Earnie came as promised, gave estimates, got to work, on time, very professional and pleasant. I have high regards for the HRI team. Waited most of the day. Cleared cabinet for the plumber. He checked his computer. Told me the cost of replacing the faucet that I purchased. 675.00 for fixing a dripping faucet. I told him to forget it I wasnt paying that much to repair a dripping faucet. He was very nice explains why the cost . I paid the 129.00 for the service fee . For doing absolutely nothing. Will promise you wont be calling you ever again. 675.00 way too much for 1hr. 1/2 to change a faucet out Highway robbery. A bunch of scammers . I live on social security Dont have that kind of income to pay that prices.
