Ended up being a virtual exam, which I admit went very well. I felt that everything was very thorough and the little nurse taking care of me through was very nice. I received my trial pair week of March 11th. Called today to order them and change the right lense. I was sent to Aydriel on the phone who started quizzing me about the doctor I saw which is their virtual doctor that I had to see since the doctor had called in the day I had my appointment. He was so unprofessional about his relentless quizzing about the doctor he didnt know. I talked above him to tell him I just want to order my contacts. But I was the unprofessional one. Grow up and learn customer service. Follow through is everything.

Service was quick and every worker was courteous. Special shout out to Aydriel who assisted me in purchasing my glasses and helped me out a lot! Would absolutely come back

I had a great experience because of Aydriel. He answered any questions I had. He helped me sort through several pairs of glasses that would be best for me. He explained every step of the process before, during, and after I picked my favorite pair. Aydriel was very helpful and extremely patient.
