If it was my choice and I said no, in room 7, on 21 NOV 2022 then there should not have been an iud in me, I was there for the biopsy and nothing more, I'm allergic to even that plastic iud in me. He violated me, he in many ways medical raped me, that nurse didn't step up and protect me. He re actived my PTSD, on where even a dropped pen has me jumpy, I can't do small rooms, I don't even want to see NP Caswell, in a different building, I will do my scans in a month from now....they hurt me, violated me and we'll, SIU is a joke. Other than my PCP and her NP, and my hemotogist I will be moving care to st Louis, I am not waiting another year to meet up with two other doctors, he took advantage of me, and harmed mentally an physically, since the iud was forced in me never have had pain with my left ovary now it's like the right, very painful. I will be heading to any appointments with a cop or his wife, my husband is an otr, I don't feel safe this is for me to be safe than to protect them.... SIU wants this matter gone, said nothing was done wrong. You all harmed me. If I suffer from any mental health issue he isn't the one to go to...
